Speaker Recognition using HMM

Hi,

I have been trying to develop a project on Speaker Recognition using MFCC only in MatLab and i was successful.

I need to incorporate Hidden Markov Model (HMM) into this project as implementation of only MFCC is not viable.

I have been reading the theory for HMM and have quite well understood it but when it comes to implementation I reach nowhere.

I would request for help under this field. If incorporation of HMM into MFCC is not possible then I'm looking for Speaker Recognition using only HMM, the most basic project possible without complications.
