Hi,
Can two MATLAB versions coexist in the same PC (for example 2008a and 2007a)?

Additional Info: Only one MATLAB version can be registered as the Engine at any one time. So if you have C/C++/Fortran Engine applications that were compiled under one version, and then make another version the default MATLAB Engine version, your Engine applications will not run. Also, in general any mex functions you might have that are compiled under one version might not work in another version. This is highly dependent on which version the mex function was compiled under and which API functions it uses.
