Migration from 2010a to 2013b ,Problems

I am migrating Simulink models(Project) from 2010a to 2013b MATLAB Version,so what challenges I may face,please provide some known issues

This is a hard question in general. My recommendation would be to first have a look through the release notes for the product(s) in which you are interested. You can find these by choosing the product from:

http://www.mathworks.com/help/relnotes/index.html

Those will list new features and compatibility concerns.

If you find that you are running into issues, then you may also view bug reports with your MathWorks account at:

http://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/

These may help you identify issues which may exist and possible workarounds.
