Fuzzy inference system and Image Processing

I'm trying to look for matlab examples about implementing a fuzzy Inference system in any aspect in image processing, filtering, segmentation, enhancement ... restoration ... whatever just a simple thing which will teach me how to apply the fuzzy set theory in image processing & use the FIS to do the job & how to use this output with my image later

but my searches was in vain

can someone help with simple example, nothing complicated

I would recommend trying some of the demos in the the fuzzy logic toolbox first. It doesn't appear that they have any image processing ones (at least not in R2009b). Once you learn how the fuzzy logic works for other things, applying it to images (2/3d matrices essentially) shouldn't be huge change.

FEX:fuzzy+image might also be a good place to look for references.

Arkadiy ... For an example i have create FIS for fuzzy noise using fuzzy tool box and i want to use that Fuzzy_noise.fis for images . Who can i use it, Could you pls help in this regards.
