Changing Simulink Graph axis

Hi all

i want to change the x-axis of the simulink garph from a scope into a self defined range of values of x instead of using time.

E.g. concentration/Temperature,etc

Is it possible to do it in Simulink?

The Simulink XY Graph block might help for this.
