Car simulation in 2d?

Hi, i am making parking mania in 2d i have to simulate a car in true sense means if i press left key then it rotates only on small angle and so on but after when it get rotated to 90 degree it stops rotating and now when i press left key it starts moving towards road.any suggestions how to do this.
