my work is in the area of medical image segmentation . Need MATLAB code for image segmentation based on level set with re-initialization method.

Have you tried the activecontour function in the Image Processing Toolbox? This function provides level set segmentation.

tried active contour without edge,region based. But getting incorrect detection of object i.e away from the object.I am getting correct result with level set without re-initialization but not getting with re-initialization.
