if with 2 imported data

HI!have this problem in Simulink: i wanna create an "if" condition with two imported Excel files: for instance, if u1=1 or u2>1000 then activate a subsystem. What is the best way to do that? An S-function?or what else?and how?hope you understand the task, thank you very much for your support!
