How to perform Monte Carlo simulation for Chromosome modelling?

My project is geared towards the theoritical study of effects of EM waves(especially microwaves) on the chromosomes. I came to know that Monte Carlo simulation using Matlab and Simulink can be used to model a chromosome and add an EM vector to it and study its changes over time. But i have no ides how to go about it. Please advise me and help me with the same.

I recommend this Matlab code for implementation of Monte Carlo method for sensitivity analysis of Simulink models: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/47758-sensitivity-analysis-in-simulink-models-with-monte-carlo-method

You need to provide the variables needed for this description, is it simple Monte Carlo method or you need other criteria such as the rejection technique, but from your description i think you need to model a chromosome as random vector (Gaussian) then you add the the EM function (sinusoidal eventually) , this is for one trial, so you need to perform this task several trials then you calculate the average so study the effect. the problem can be solved if you specify the variables and theirs dimensions .
