Generate Code and Deploy the Model to the Hardware

Step 7 of 7 in Create a Digital Write Block

1. In the Simulink^® Editor, on the Modeling tab, select Model Settings.

2. In the Configuration Parameters dialog box, on the Hardware Implementation pane, set Hardware board to match your hardware, for example, 'Arduino Due'.

3. To build and run the Simulink model containing your System object™ on the hardware board, on the Hardware tab of the Simulink model, in the Mode section, select Run on board and then click Monitor & Tune.

While the Simulink model runs on the hardware, the LED blinks on and off in 1 second intervals.
