Basic Image processing including histogram without using hist function

Performs following image processing operations: 1)generate histogram 2)Set brightness & contrast

Without using inbuilt hist function this script generates histogram specifically:
RGB plot for colour image
or greyscale plot for black n white images.

User is required to provide path/filename of image when asked.

User can then edit brightness & contrast of image.
