Problem 44498. Please check the last row

We have data of matrix, that is input. That contains 2 or more rows and the last row should contain the average of each column, but some matrices have no average row.

Please check the last row is the average row. If it is OK, please output as it is. Otherwise, please calculate the average, add it to a matrix, and output.

eg1 data = [1 3 6 7 9 ; 3 5 6 9 1; 2 4 6 8 5]

>>> output = [1 3 6 7 9 ; 3 5 6 9 1; 2 4 6 8 5]

eg2 data = [1 3 6 7 9 ; 3 5 6 9 1]
