How can I use well Real-Time Pacer Block when I'm using serial communication blocks in a Simulink model?

I tried to use Real-Time Pacer block because when I add this block to my Simulink model with Speedup option=1, the error between the real time and simulation increases around 0.3 s and I would be as minimum 30 ms like is explained in the realtime_pacer_example.

I do not know if this error is due to the sample time I configured in the serial send and recieve blocks or the timeout value I configured in the serial configuration block.
