How to Generate a Random Data with 100 KHz and 500 KHz frequency

I need help in generating a random data of 100 KHz and 500 KHz without using Simulink. Answer with implementation will be appreciated.

I am looking for a binary random data and which can result in generating a square wave or something like square wave.
