how to do some evaluation in quadruple precision arithmetic

hi. im using Matlab version 7.9.0.(R2009b) and i would like to do some evaluations with unit roundoff u=2.5*10^32, that is in quadruple precision arithmetic. How can i do that or what should i change? thank you.

Either use VPA in the Symbolic Math Toolbox or John's HPF class:
