How to learn neural networks ?

Could you please suggest some ways or some books on learning neural networks ... :(

If you have the Neural Network Toolbox product, I would start by reading Getting Started and running the Demos/Examples. There are also many books on this topic, including Introduction to Neural Networks Using MATLAB 6.0.
