How to import a .cs file to matlab ?

Is it possible to impor a C# file to matlab?

I tried to use the MEX function but no good..

By "import" do you mean you want to link to C# code?

I'm not familiar with C# myself, but I know you can't bring it in through a MEX file. We do have a section in the doc on using .NET libraries from MATLAB. I'd recommend starting there.
