I would like to download a trial version for Simscape Power Systems: https://fr.mathworks.com/products/simpower.html
My current Matlab version is R2015b.

The only way for you to know the answer to your question is to do what the message tells you and contact your local customer support representative.
We don't know. We're just volunteers and don't work for mathworks.
