MATLAB:dispatcher:loadLibrary Can't load 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015a\bin\win32\physmod_sm_sli_setup.dll': The specified module could not be found.

First verify that the physmod_sm_sli_setup.dll file is present at C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015a\bin\win32\physmod_sm_sli_setup.dll. If it is not, then reinstalling MATLAB may help.
Also, anti-virus products may cause the DLL to not be accessible from MATLAB. Try temporarily disabling anti-virus and then restart MATLAB and try installing the webcam support package again.
