Requirements menu is not highlighted / unaccessible

I have Simulink V&V box, but still, sometimes the requirements menu is not highlighted / unaccessible. Pls see attachment. What could be the reason for this?

Hi Kaustubh,
This could an issue with licensing. Could you please try the "license checkout" command and check the license?
