Can i get a code for image processing based vehicle detection and tracking ?

I need a code which uses GMM , morphological operations and blob detection for counting vehicles from a video captured by a cctv camera.The code that mathworks has provided is using a lot of functions , is there a way it could be simpliefied?

The Computer Vision System Toolbox has tracking capabilities: http://www.mathworks.com/products/computer-vision/features.html#object-tracking-and-motion-estimation There are examples there for tracking cars.
