Dear Sir/Madam,
I have created a account using the email of my university, there is a question I need to answer when I created my account, that is " how do you use the mathworks software?" Now I want to change my answer of this question but I can't do this through my account. Could you please help me to solve this problem? Thank you very much!
King regards,
YANLAN ZHOU

You should contact technical support for that. But as far as I know it doesn't really matter, and is more for feedback to Mathworks.

Because my university has offer me free download of Matlab, but the installation process shows that I have choosen a wrong answer. I have completed the installation process but I can't open it, it says that my user name doesn't not match the username in license file. I don't know why.

That difficulty about the license error has nothing to do with what you answered about your use. For the license problem see this link

Hi, you can edit your account information by selecting the Edit Profile link that appears in the drop down menu by your name (assuming you're logged in) in the upper right corner of the mathworks.com website. On the account editing page, select the tab for Product Usage. That's where you can change the data I think you're looking for.

But the question in EDIT PROFILE can't be edited.
