Where do I run the activation clien to reactivate my license? Error number -9

I try to open my MATLAB which I installed via the TU Delft. When I open it, it says that my username on this computer isn't the same as the username in the MATLAB license.

I understand that you are getting "License Manager Error - 9". This is because the host ID of the license file does not match that of machine's. Follow the instructions present in this link which will help you in activating MATLAB.

More often it is due to the username not matching the license.
