How do I factor in BW, data rate and Eb/No into a communications physical layer?

Is there a way to create a physical layer of a communications network using Simulink that uses variables such as bandwidth, Eb/No and data rate? I have looked through the Simulink examples and can't seem to find one which uses all three variables together. I am also trying to use the standard 'AWGN channel' block in my system.
