how to read the code in a method file such as 'CPFSKModu​lator.p'..​..open '_____' does not work

I want to read the content of 'CPFSKModulator.p' but can't do so.Open command doesn't seem to work. Please help

Go through this thread.The .p extension files are protected files and it cant be just read by using 'open' command.
