Get and store data from GUI input

I would like to enter points from GUI by mouse clip. Matlab must be save and use these points data. How can use commands. Please share a scrip file or help me.

What is a "mouse clip"? Do you mean "mouse click" as if you used ginput()? Take a look at ginput() and see if that helps you.

Thank for help......Sorry... Yeah.I mean 'mouse click'... Have you any sample scrip file?
