How can I reduce the time taken for compiling a matlab simulink model

its taking a long time for matlab model to get compiled.Model size is 331 KB

   I have modified the model configuration parameters according to the link that you send me,but then also my model is taking long time to get compiled.
   My model consists of mainly state charts and I am also using a number of'From' and 'goto' blocks,does it have impact on simulation performance?
   I am using Matlab 2012b,I didn't find much CPU RAM usage(60% to 70% of RAM usage)
