What I understand from your question is that you want to use MATLAB mobile app on your Android phone. Currently you don't have a MATLAB license and hence not able to use it. You would need a valid MATLAB license to use it on your Android device. This information is also mention on the product description page here . You may have to contact MathWorks sales if you are interested to procure a license.
