I got an email to try MATLab online and can't login

I got an email to try MATLab online and am unable to login despite it telling me I'm eligible after purchasing the student suite with simulink. What can I do and am I actually elgible?

If you purchased the MATLAB and Simulink Student Suite (R2014a), you are eligible to use MATLAB Online. I would suggest contacting MathWorks Tech. Support (support<at>mathworks<dot>com) with pertinent information like error messages (if any), browser details etc.
