Simulate circular sound using earphones

Hi Matlab people!!! I'm trying to simulate a circular sound using earphones, something like this... First I hear a sound in my left ear, after that I hear it over my head, after that I hear it in my right ear and finally near my mouth. It's this possible using Matlab ? Help me please
