Why my MATLAB software keep encountered and internal problem and close once I command;plot(x,y)

1 回表示 (過去 30 日間)
The MATLAB R2014b have been installed by my university IT support. The installation was completed successfully. Once I want to plot a simple trend (using matlab command plot(x,y), I get MATLAB system error as per attached file (MATLAB has encountered an internal problem and needs to close) Please open attached file for full details about my MATLAB version, error details and my PC operating system. I contacted the university IT support, and they said this is a new problem to them. They un-install the MATLAB software and then re install it again but unfortunately I keep get same system error. Looking to hear from you.

Please contact the technical support at first. They will need additional information like the versions of Matlab and the operating system.

Thanks for following my question. I have attached all this information in my question. They should be able to open the attachment.

You have to send the information to them, not us. I think that since this is a true crash of MATLAB - not just a bug in your program - that they should give you free support even if it's a student version. Call an Australian number if you can find one.

It would have been more helpful if you had actually finished your comment and told us what tech support did to get you up and running again. Knowing that you had the same problem is not really useful to anyone here, but the knowing the fix would be useful. Please share that.
