rs232 (with USB Com1) can not established with Host Pc ? Help

i use windows 8.1 and matlab 2013a.

my first problem was rtwintgt setup is not working on my pc but i solved this problem.(i change the vd-t to disable in my bios)

so i setup kernel and i booted my target pc but when i try to connect its fail. "'Targetpc 1' serial connection can not be establisehd to the target pc xpc matlab"

i take this error all time. i try someways but i dont success it yet :( please help.

probably i need to change some bios setting or my com ports . but which one ? please help .
