How to make an interactive plot with or without GUI

Hi,

I have Three vectors, lets say they look like this: time=[1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10]; position=[0.1 0.4 0.5 0.7 1 2 2.2 3.2 4 5]; force=[0 4 6 10 20 30 40 50 90 100];

I want to make a user interactive plot (GUI or not) with time on the x-axis and position and force on the y-axis. But I want to add two markers or sliders in the plot so I can plot another plot with force vs position within a certain time interval that I choose with my markers or sliders from the first plot.
