Can Simulink make blocks unviewable/uneditable to users?

Hello, I have a requirement to share a model with a 3rd party. The 3rd party is not allowed to view certain blocks of the model. Is there a way to share a "binary" in the model that the 3rd party cannot see inside or modify?
