Relation between line and block for PortHandles

With PortConnectivity i can get predecessor & successor of given block. How can i get this with Porthandles? Is there a relation between a block and his successor because the handles of outport differs from inport?

Ok, i found a solution. I must go over LineHandles and SrcBlockHandle.
