Simulink crash in linux

I did a quick reseach and could not find an obvious match with something solutions and bug reports. So I agree with Arnaud and also link to http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/2495-when-shall-i-contact-mathworks-technical-support-and-how
