please i need to know if it is possible to make executable of a simulink file and deploy it and if it is possible i need a step by step guide thru it..thanks

You need Simulink Coder to generate standalone C/C++ code from Simulink models. The documentation for the product has step-by-step tutorials. For example, see Getting Started Tutorials.

Simulink Coder is a separate product. It requires MATLAB Coder, which is also a separate product.
