Hi,
i just bought the matlab student version and tried to transfer the first simulink example application (blink led) to my arduino uno. Unfortunately the compiling process in simulink fails with the error visible in the attached image. Can anybody help me to solve my problem?
Best regards, Marco

Sorry, i forgot to add, that i already tested the connection and the arduino by compiling and transferring an example (also blinking led) application of the arduino IDE and everything works fine. So there is no problem with the arduino or the connection itself.

Is there a way to solve this WITHOUT removing AVR compile from the PATH as this will break other software installed?

I solved the problem:
- Remove all the paths associated with AVR compiling from the PATH variable (Arduino, WinAVR, ...) - Reinstall the support package
At least thats what i did and it worked for me.
