Matlab does not recognize vxipnp and ivi

I recently installed VISA 5.4 , IVI shared components 64 and VISA shared components 64. Despite this, when I execute instrhwinfo, the drivers are not recognized in SupportedDrivers:

>> instrhwinfo

ans =

          MATLABVersion: '8.2 (R2013b)'
    SupportedInterfaces: {'gpib'  'serial'  'tcpip'  'udp'  'visa'  'Bluetooth'  'i2c'  'spi'}
       SupportedDrivers: {'matlab'}
            ToolboxName: 'Instrument Control Toolbox'
         ToolboxVersion: '3.4 (R2013b)'

I have Matlab 2013b 64 bits and Windows 7 64 bits. Do anyone know why Matlab is not recognizing this two drivers?
