I am working in wavelet, where i got result by gabor method. I got these gabor image using gabor method but i am stuck in finding diameter value, How i find out the diameter of any retinal vessel in wavelet?

How about converting your image to binary followed by applying regionprops to get the desired properties on your image

You can use image analysis and the Image Processing Toolbox. You can use methods successfully used and described in Section 20.5 here
