Target Preferences block in Simulink

I would like to use Simulink in Matlab R2013a to generate code for the Ti C2000 microprozessor familiy. After i configured Matlab i started Simulink but in my simulink library browser the "Target Preferences" block isnt available. I checked the license for the Embedded Coder Toolbox and everything looks fine however under embedded targets the block doesnt show up. Thank you very much for your help!

Items from the target preferences block have been moved to configuration parameters. See the Target Hardware Resources tab of Code Generation > Coder Target. Here is a doc page that explains more:
