Setup and Configuration

Install hardware support, update firmware, and configure hardware connection

The setup and configuration process includes installation of the STM32™ Microcontroller Blockset.

With this software installed, you can configure your model to use the STM32 Microcontroller Blockset and establish communication with your target hardware.

Support for STMicroelectronics® Nucleo boards will be removed in a future release.

You can migrate your models that use Nucleo library blocks to use the blocks from the STM32 processor based block libraries. For more information, see Migrate STMicroelectronics Nucleo Based Blocks to STMCubeMX Workflow in STM32 Processor Based Boards.
