Enable instrumented logging for SIL or PIL
R2026bLog signals within conditional subsystems
Since R2026b
Model Configuration Pane: Code Generation / Verification
Description
During SIL and PIL simulations, log signals that are within conditional subsystems. After code generation, the code is instrumented to detect and upload the signal values when they are modified during the SIL or PIL simulation. After logging the SIL or PIL and normal mode simulation data, you can verify numerical equivalence of the data from the MATLAB command window or in the Simulation Data Inspector.
Dependencies
To specify this parameter, select the Signal logging parameter. Otherwise, the parameter label appears dimmed. Also, consider selecting parameters Include comments and Signal storage reuse. Include comments preserves the model annotation in the code, which localizes the code being instrumented. Signal storage reuse defines reliable storage for the model instrumentation to avoid numerical mismatches when comparing to normal mode.
Settings
Default:
