Sample Rate Conversion of Audio Signal

Convert the sample rate of an audio signal using the Sample-Rate Converter block.

Open and run the exAudioSRC.slx model.

The From Multimedia File block imports a speech signal of sample rate 22050 Hz from an MP3 file. The Sample-Rate Converter block resamples the input signal to a sample rate of 8000 Hz. The To Multimedia File block writes the rate-converted audio signal to a WAV file. Play the rate-converted signal on your computer audio device using the Audio Device Writer block.
