EIT_Sphere_Reconstruction is a working example GUI for electrical impedance tomography image reconstruction for high-impedance electrodes in the deep brain. This code is built to analyse (simulated) recorded impedance patterns recorded via a NeuroNexus array, and includes a new artifact-removal procedure for the NOSER over-regularisation artifact.

This code depends on EIDORS V3.8 to do most of the actual calculations, but may work with other versions of EIDORS. Some example data are also included to help you get started
