How to convert .mdf files into .mat files ?

I dont have "Powertrain_Blockset" therefore cant use mdf fucntion for the conversion.

But I have CANPe tool. How can I convert /mdf files in matlab with the help of CANape tool ?

I don't know what you can use to do that. I do know that there are different MDF formats that may not all work with certain tools, so it would depend what your files are. There is at least one tool on the FEX, but I don't know if it has dependencies in the PB.

Do not use that very poorly concieved and outdated MDF importer. It was updated and corrected here:

That particular page is talking about export to CSV, but notice in the images that it has MATLAB export too.
