I am using the sim() command on my matlab code in order to run a simulink model (which is open in my pc desktop). Normally when you run a simulink model you see a nice blue progress bar on the bottom right, showing you how far the compilation and then at which simulation time step it is.
However, this is not visible when I use the sim() command. Is there someway to get this information without losing in performances (I mean, without increase the simulation total time)?
Or maybe, it is possible to obtain the same progress bar on the simulink model just using the sim() command? Maybe with some option/set.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello,
Even if this comment is little late, but maybe this could help someone else with same question.
I suggest to try the Simulink Waitbar
