How to import 5 csv annotation files on an image?

I am developing a facial image database. I have asked crowdsource workers to annotate the images with one boundingbox around the head of the person/s in the image. Upon receiving the 5 annotation files (CSV files) I want to import them, resuting in 5 boundingboxes around an image. How can this be done?

It would help if you provided an example image file and example csv annotation file.
