How to plot the polytope given by a system of inequalities

I'm looking to plot the polytope given by the following systems: 1<=x<=2;0<=y<=1;y<=z<=x

How would I go about doing this please? Or which functions should I use? I tried patch(), isosurface() and so on, but it seems I can't get the correct answer. Thank you four your help in advanced!

To get a surface plot, you had better use meshgrid() and interp3().
