If you are looking for images of the metallic fasteners characterized by a helical ridge - then no, MATLAB does not have a data-base of those.
If you are looking for other types of screw images, well, in that case David Cameron would not approve.
You might want to be a little more specific in your question.

You might have to build your own by conducting your own web searches and saving individual images. Just make sure you have the "Safe search" option set or you might get an eyeful.
